Results of the 3rd stage of the RAF Cup (SMP RCRS) on the Moscow Raceway.

The last race weekend was remembered by everyone as unpredictable and spectacular, with an exciting fight and a lot of emotions.

The first race on Saturday was full of car turns on the corners, the rain that began in the middle of the race made the task more difficult for the pilots. Artem Kabakov was still able to keep the car from skidding and break away from his rivals. For the second and third place there were serious fights between Georgy Kudryavtsev, Alexey Khairov and Shota Abkhazava; as a result of which Georgy came second, and Alexei third. However, already after the podium ceremony, the judges “awarded” George with penalty seconds for overtaking under the yellow flag, as a result of which he ended up in 4th place.

Race 2 on Sunday turned out to be even more interesting and spectacular. Tense, dense struggle for leadership was throughout the race. Most often, Georgy Kudryavtsev and Alexey Khairov changed places, competing for 2nd place. Artem Kabakov came first again, showing the best result of the lap time for the stage (1:48.708), but the leadership on Sunday was much more difficult for him: the gap from the rest of the Evo was much smaller. This time Alexey became the second, and Georgy - the third.
Lev Efim was the one and only in his class of Legends, and Vitaly Larionov could not participate in the fight for the podium due to technical problems with the car.
